Additional Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped via selected express couriers within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.*
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are generally between 2 and 7 working days.*
- Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the shipment.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivery of Products is strictly intended at street level (curbside or property limit), in the proximity of the street number indicated in the order. The carrier is neither authorized nor required to unload the goods inside private property or to the upper floors of the building.
Delivery to a specific floor is an ancillary service and is not included in the standard shipping rate. Should the Customer require this service, they must request a quote and a feasibility check prior to the dispatch of the order. The activation of this service is subject to a surcharge, calculated based on the following parameters:
- Floor number and type of access;
- Availability of a lift or freight elevator suitable for the size and weight of the packages;
- Volumetric dimensions and weight of the items;
- Accessibility of the property (e.g., Limited Traffic Zones/ZTL, historic centers, construction sites).
The Customer is responsible for reporting any logistical impediments or limitations (narrow stairs, traffic restrictions, pedestrian zones, etc.) during the checkout process or promptly via email. Failure to communicate such details shall release the Seller from any liability for failed or delayed delivery. In such cases, any costs related to storage, redelivery, or the return of goods to our warehouses will be borne entirely by the Customer.
Reporting a Missing Delivery
In case the tracking indicates that the parcel has been “delivered” but the customer has not received it, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us within 8 (eight) days from the delivery date shown in the tracking.
The same notification is also required if 15 (fifteen) days have passed since the receipt of the email containing the tracking link and the parcel still appears as “in transit”.
Notifications received after these deadlines cannot be processed, as it will no longer be possible to file a claim with the courier or guarantee a refund or replacement.
